- Receiving, selecting, and sending orders;
- Fast and high-quality resolution of customer and colleague inquiries;
- Working with sales data and processing them;
- Ability to identify priority tasks and plan one's own and others' time.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service;
- Analytical, logical, quick thinking;
- Excellent skills in MS Office basic programs;
- Responsibility, motivation for work, efforts to improve;
- Understanding of personal protective equipment and their application in the work environment (advantage);
- Good knowledge of Russian (advantage)
- Ability to work in a team.
