CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

We value quality and professionalism, we are looking for a team member who will help ensure the standard of customer service for our customers in Estonia.

· Providing information about goods / services to customers in the Estonian market;
· Receiving and entering order information into the system;
· Issuing invoices, shipping documents;
· Providing solutions and proposals to customers.

· You speak and write Estonian fluently;
· You have good command of English or Lithuanian (for internal communication within the company).
· Similar customer service experience would be a great advantage;
· You are able to quickly navigate the information flow and solve emerging problems;
· You have excellent computer skills;

· Training for those without similar work experience;
