Customer Service Manager

We are constantly moving forward, so we are looking for an ambitious Customer Service Manager for our team in Vilnius.

· Customer service and consulting;
· Working at the counter and taking orders;
· Traveling to customers to perform minor work or provide technical advice;
· Assisting craftsmen and resolving technical issues;
· Assisting the management team in daily activities.

· You have experience as a locksmith or similar technical/master;
· Proactivity and energy: you are result-oriented, have courage, perseverance and the ability to find a common language with customers from various fields;
· Communication: excellent negotiation skills, the ability to argue and quickly find solutions;
· Mobility: Category B driver's license and preparation for dynamic work "on wheels";

· Note: We will teach you the subtleties and technical knowledge of specific hydraulic products!

· Salary: basic from 1200 € to 1500 €/month (cash on delivery / net);
