- UAB „Nordic Metrology Science“
Your responsibilities will be:
- Daily communication with customers at the workplace, consulting them, ensuring the best possible experience;
- Receiving and administering orders by preparing documents and entering them into the CRM system;
- Distributing orders to laboratories;
- Organizing internal logistics of goods between different departments of the organization, preparing travel documents;
- Document management and issuing VAT invoices.
We hope you:
- You have work experience in the field of customer service;
- You have excellent command of Lithuanian and English at least at the B2 level;
- You are computer literate, know how to work with MS Excel, use AI;
- You have a category B driver's license;
- You are able to juggle several projects at the same time and meet deadlines;
- You are able to work both independently in a dynamic environment and in a team;
- You are characterized by communication skills and have very good collaboration skills;
- You are characterized by positivity, initiative and a solution-oriented approach.
