About us
EKSMA Optics manufactures precision optics and laser components that travel to more than 50 countries around the world. Our products are used in scientific research, medicine, defense, and industry - so every day you contribute to technologies that have real meaning.
Nature of work
- You will be responsible for the execution of customer inquiries and orders from start to finish.
- You will enter orders in CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, Euroskaita).
- You will consult customers by phone and e-mail - you will help resolve issues regarding orders.
- You will coordinate the progress of orders with production, warehouse and supply departments to ensure that everything is completed accurately and on time.
- You will contribute to solving emerging problems - from logistics issues to coordinating deadlines.
Requirements
- Higher or higher education.
- English – B2 level (clients are international, so language is important).
- Independence, attention to detail, ability to work in a team.
- Good computer literacy skills.
- Experience in customer service or sales.
