What will your day look like?
- You will introduce customers to bank services and products by phone (no need to make "cold" calls);
- You will consult customers by phone and e-mail on all issues related to filling out a loan application, obtaining a loan, and signing a loan agreement - you will manage the entire process of issuing a loan to a customer;
- You will analyze the data provided by customers and make decisions regarding the granting of a loan;
- You will work with the team to achieve the planned sales goals;
- You will actively identify customer needs and offer additional bank services and products (cross-sell), aiming to create value for the customer and the organization;
- You will consult customers on daily banking services, such as payment account management, credit cards and other financial services.
What do we expect from you?
- You are responsible, proactive and customer-oriented;
- You are eager and quick to learn new things;
- You are motivated to achieve personal and team goals;
- Work experience in customer service is an advantage (especially in financial, telemarketing or insurance institutions);
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, are able to work in a team;
- You easily adapt to a dynamic work environment;
- You are excellent at expressing your thoughts in Lithuanian, both orally and in writing;
- You can serve customers in English and/or Russian (an advantage).
