Nature of work
The main purpose of the position is to provide high-quality services to the company's existing and potential customers, ensuring smooth and effective communication and positive long-term relationships. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Manager:
- Communicate with customers regarding the smoothness of cargo transportation.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding cargo transportation plans and their statuses.
- Accurately update customer and order data in the company and customer databases, in accordance with the established deadlines.
- Communicate with other departments regarding the smooth transportation process.
Employee requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, logistics, administration or similar field.
- Work experience in the transport sector and understanding of logistics processes would be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken.
- Impeccable communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer literacy skills.
- Diligence, responsibility, independence, result-oriented.
