● Prompt and high-quality SPARK customer service by phone and email;
● Prompt and high-quality ELDRIVE customer service by phone and email;
● Continuous assistance to colleagues in explaining various incidents with SPARK electric cars;
● Providing constant feedback and ideas to improve SPARK customer service;
● Proactive promotion of electric car sharing and additional services to existing and future customers.
