Nature of work
- I will serve customers by phone, e-mail and live;
- I will consult on heating and hot water supply issues;
- I will conclude and administer contracts;
- I will examine customer inquiries and provide answers;
- I will cooperate closely with the team to ensure the highest quality of services.
Employee requirements
- Higher university education (advantage – in the field of management, business administration);
- Experience in customer service, sales or consulting (advantage – experience in the field of energy or heating systems);
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in Lithuanian, both orally and in writing (knowledge of English or Russian – an advantage);
- Experience in working with documents (contracts, administration);
- Responsibility, diligence, ability to make decisions independently and work in a team.
