Nature of work:
- Communicating with customers via phone and email regarding freight transportation issues;
- Coordinating partial loads and tracking their movement;
- Liaising with carriers and transport partners;
- Resolving any delivery or documentation issues that arise;
- Entering and updating data in internal systems;
- Working with logistics and operations teams to ensure a smooth transportation process.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, logistics, transport or administration (a big advantage);
- Good communication and customer service skills;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks at the same time;
- Problem-solving and quick response skills;
- Organization, responsibility and attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a team and cooperate with customers and transport partners;
- Good oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian and English, knowledge of Russian (an advantage);
- Computer skills (MS Office, e-mail, internal systems);
- Knowledge of logistics or transport processes would be an advantage;
- Higher or higher education.
