What will your day look like?
- I will consult customers over the phone about bank services and products (no need to make "cold" calls);
- I will help customers fill out loan applications, coordinate the loan granting process and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the process;
- I will analyze the information provided by customers and make decisions about granting a loan;
- I will identify customer needs and offer them the most suitable bank products and services (cross-sell);
- I will consult customers on daily banking services (daily banking), such as payment accounts, credit cards and other financial solutions;
- I will cooperate with the team to achieve common sales and customer service goals.
We hope you:
- You have experience in customer service (an advantage is experience in the field of finance, telemarketing or insurance);
- You are responsible, proactive and customer-oriented;
- You learn quickly and willingly absorb new knowledge;
- You are able to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes;
- You pursue both personal and team goals;
- You have good communication and collaboration skills;
- You communicate fluently in Lithuanian, both orally and in writing;
- Knowledge of English and/or Russian is an advantage.
