Customer Service Manager

At UAB "Elme metalas" you will be responsible for:
Accepting and administering customer orders and smooth communication inside and outside the company;
Assessing the suitability of product preparation for the galvanizing process;
Assessing the suitability of product delivery after the galvanizing process;
Recording order and product data and ensuring their accuracy;
Working with Microsoft Excel and Epicor VVS business management and other systems implemented in the company;
Preparing and issuing quality and compliance documents to customers and drivers;
Communicating with customers, providing information about the progress of orders and ensuring high quality customer service;
Developing customer service standards and improving processes.



We believe that you would be best suited if you:
You have a university or college degree;
You have excellent computer skills in Microsoft programs;
You want to learn and delve into technological and production processes;
You speak English/Russian (verbally and in writing);
You are able to work in a team and follow established procedures;
You are quick to orient yourself;
You are diligent, communicative, responsible, proactive, independent and organized.
