We are currently strengthening our team and are looking for a Customer Service Manager who would take responsibility for high-quality customer service, actively communicate with foreign and local customers and ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Salary
Salary: €1,200/month in cash, depending on your experience and skills.
Nature of work
● Receiving and servicing customer inquiries by phone and e-mail
● Order administration
● Coordination of order fulfillment with supply, logistics, sales and other company departments
● Communication with suppliers regarding delivery deadlines
● Informing customers about order status and delivery deadlines
● Prompt resolution of problems (e.g., delays)
● Maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers
● Creating new product cards and maintaining existing ones
● Order administration
● Coordination of order fulfillment with supply, logistics, sales and other company departments
● Communication with suppliers regarding delivery deadlines
● Informing customers about order status and delivery deadlines
● Prompt resolution of problems (e.g., delays)
● Maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers
● Creating new product cards and maintaining existing ones
What are we hoping for
● Successful work experience in customer service, sales or order administration (preferably in the B2B sector)
● Higher education
● English language proficiency at B2 level, both spoken and written
● Good skills in working with MS Office 365 (especially Excel)
● Ability to work with innovative technologies - AI
● Ability to work independently, plan your activities and manage several tasks simultaneously
● Responsibility, efficiency, attentiveness, accuracy, thoroughness, reliability and excellent communication and problem-solving skills
● Higher education
