Nature of work
- Administration of customer inquiries by phone and e-mail.
- Preparation, coordination of commercial offers and confirmation of orders.
- Acceptance, coordination and administration of catering orders.
- Communication with existing and new customers.
- Transfer of information about orders to production, logistics and event service teams.
- Assistance in assembling and preparing orders for shipment, checking them and transferring them to forwarders.
- Maintenance, accounting and ensuring order of event inventory (dishes, serving utensils, etc.).
- Preparation of inventory for events, checking returned inventory and recording deficiencies.
- Management of order documentation and solving daily organizational issues.

- Ability to independently plan work and manage multiple tasks at once.
- Good computer skills.
- Lithuanian, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work in a team and promptly resolve emerging situations.
- Initiative and willingness to contribute to the smooth running of daily activities.
- Experience in customer service, catering or event organization.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in preparing commercial proposals and administering orders.
