We are currently inviting a Customer Service Manager to join the Team, to whom we will entrust work with clients in the Vilnius region.

Every day we will trust you:
- Administration of business clients and maintenance of long-term relationships;
- Coordination of client inquiries and prompt resolution of problems;
- Analysis of client needs and provision of the most suitable solution proposals;
- Preparation of commercial proposals and administration of contracts;
- Data administration in CRM, business management and other company systems;
- Sale of additional services and products to existing and new clients;
- Cooperation with other company departments to ensure high quality of customer service.
We hope you:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or active sales in the B2B sector;
- You are able to independently plan work and prioritize tasks;
- You have good computer skills and are not afraid to work with various systems;
- You are focused on finding solutions and results;
- You speak and write Lithuanian fluently;
- Knowledge of English, Russian would be an advantage;
- You have a category B driver's license.

The final amount of remuneration will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
The remuneration consists of a fixed salary + real and achievable bonuses depending on the work result.
