What are you going to do?
- I will consult business clients by phone and e-mail in German;
- I will coordinate and administer customer orders;
- I will solve daily situations together with the team;
What are we looking for?
- Ability to communicate in German;
- Communicative, responsible and willing to help the customer;
- Ability to work in a team and independently;
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office);
Customer service experience or higher education is an advantage, but not a necessity. The most important thing is your attitude and willingness to learn!
