Customer Service Manager (German)

We are looking for someone who knows how to build trust-based relationships with clients, responds quickly to situations, and is able to ensure smooth service delivery in international projects.

You will be responsible for smooth cooperation with customers in Germany and other foreign markets, ensuring service quality and promptly resolving daily issues.

Your main responsibilities:

• Maintain regular contact with existing customers in German/English/Lithuanian;
• Coordinate customer needs regarding employees, work schedules, shifts, workplaces and other service conditions;
• Coordinate the creation of work schedules, changes and transfer of information to internal teams;
• Register and manage changes in customer needs in CRM / internal systems;
• Respond promptly to issues from customers, employees or internal teams;
• Resolve complaints, problems and conflict situations, ensuring clear communication until the final decision;
• Analyze service quality, employee turnover, customer feedback and KPI indicators;
• Participate in strengthening customer relationships, periodic discussions and service improvement actions;
• Collaborate with recruitment, payroll, sales, finance and other internal teams;
• Be a leader for your internal team, which consists of an assistant and a coordinator.

We expect you to:

• Fluent in spoken and written German;
• Able to communicate clearly, professionally and calmly with clients;
• Have experience in customer service, project coordination, personnel administration or similar work;
• Able to manage multiple tasks at the same time and meet deadlines;
• Be responsible, structured, solution-oriented;
• Able to work with CRM or other internal systems;
• Are not afraid of complex situations and know how to find practical solutions;
• Have good Lithuanian language skills;
• Knowledge of English or other languages would be an advantage.

A competitive salary: from 1400 to 1700 EUR per month, depending on experience and competencies.

1400-1700 €/mon. net
