Nature of work
The main objective of the position:
Ensure high-quality customer service, effective order administration, smooth communication with customers and internal departments of the company, achieving a high level of customer satisfaction and a smooth sales process.
Main responsibilities:
Acceptance, administration and coordination of customer orders.
Preparation and submission of commercial offers to customers.
Communication with customers by phone, e-mail and other channels.
Control of order fulfillment deadlines and provision of information to customers.
Cooperation with production, logistics, sales and finance departments.
Data entry and administration in the SAP/ERP system.
Administration of invoices, transport documents and other accompanying documents.
Prompt resolution of customer problems, discrepancies or complaints.
Assistance to sales managers in administering customer projects.
Participation in process improvement and ensuring the quality of customer service.
Working according to the company's internal rules, procedures and policies.
