Employee requirements:
- You have experience in customer service, administration or sales;
- You are responsible, meticulous and focused on results and quality;
- You are able to make decisions independently and work effectively in a team;
- You have good computer skills (PRAGMA - an advantage)
- You are able to communicate in English (German - an advantage);

Main responsibilities:
- Order administration and documentation management;
- Issuance, registration, processing, administration of primary accounting documents;
- Coordination of delivery of products for sale, control of settlements;
- Professional customer consultation by e-mail and telephone;
- Provision of accurate and timely information about products and orders;
- Resolving customer inquiries while ensuring high quality of service;
- Maintaining long-term relationships with customers;
- Cooperation with internal departments of the company
