- Receiving incoming calls;
- Receiving and responding to electronic inquiries;
- Neat systematization and transmission of information;
- Order management.

- You have experience in a call center (advantage);
- You are excellent at working with a computer (MS Excel, Outlook);
- You speak English well (advantage);
- You are diligent, honest, receptive;
