Customer Service Manager (s)

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently through various channels
Analyze customer needs and provide optimal solutions
Resolve problematic and conflict situations with customers;
Collect and administer the quantities of services provided to customers;
Ensure smooth execution of inquiries and initiate process improvements
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve fast and effective implementation of solutions
Participate in projects and provide suggestions to increase quality and operational efficiency

At least 1-2 years of customer service, sales experience.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Diligence and attention to detail when working with numbers and documents.
Positive attitude, promptness and ability to quickly orientate and make decisions
Ability to independently plan work and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
Good computer skills, Office 365, ability to work with other customer management systems.
Management of conflict situations with customers;
Experience in preparing various reports, document/contract administration;
Good knowledge of the Lithuanian language. Knowledge of Russian and/or English is an advantage.
Car and driver's license is an advantage.
