The Customer Service Manager ensures proper customer service at all stages after the sale of the product from accepting the order to delivering the product to the customer. We consistently prepare new employees, provide detailed work information and provide practical training.

The Customer Service Manager ensures proper customer service at all stages after the sale of the product from accepting the order to delivering the product to the customer. We consistently prepare new employees, provide detailed work information and provide practical training.
Your main responsibilities would be:
- Accept, coordinate, approve orders in accordance with the established procedure;
- Prepare and conclude contracts, coordinate their implementation;
- Coordinate the process of purchasing and selling (reselling) products, ensuring the smooth flow of information and documents between suppliers, customers and the company;
- Prepare, check and administer documents related to purchasing, sales and delivery;
- Coordinate production delivery schedules with customers, control production delivery stages;
- Work with the database: enter new information, record changes, generate reports.
We expect from the candidate:
- 2 years of successful experience in customer service.
- Higher education.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, knowledge of German, French or other languages is an advantage.
- Ability to manage a large flow of information, quickly respond to a changed situation and make decisions.
- Good cooperation skills, attentiveness, responsibility.
Advantage:
- Knowledge of sales schemes and delivery terms (INCOTERMS).
