Northcliffe Lighting is an international manufacturer of industrial lighting solutions, developing and manufacturing high-quality lighting products for customers across Europe.
As part of our expanding Customer Service team, we are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our team and be responsible for the smooth administration of orders from foreign customers.
In this position, you will administer customer orders, work with the PRAGMA business management system, prepare shipping documents, organize transport and collaborate with production planning, warehouse, logistics and quality teams. Your goal is to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately, on time and smoothly.

In this position, you will administer customer orders, work with the PRAGMA business management system, prepare shipping documents, organize transport and collaborate with production planning, warehouse, logistics and quality teams. Your goal is to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately, on time and smoothly.
What will you do?
- You will administer customer orders from receipt to shipment.
- You will enter orders into the PRAGMA business management system.
- You will monitor the progress of orders and inform customers about production and delivery deadlines.
- You will prepare export and shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, etc.).
- You will organize transport and coordinate cargo information with the warehouse.
- You will administer customer inquiries and claims, cooperating with the responsible departments of the company.
- You will maintain professional contact with the company's existing customers.

- you are fluent in English or German, both spoken and written;
- you work carefully, responsibly and systematically;
- you are able to plan your work and manage several tasks at the same time;
- you have good communication and collaboration skills;
- you know how to work in a team and are solution-oriented.
We will consider it an advantage:
- work experience in order administration, customer service or logistics;
- work experience in a manufacturing company;
- work experience with the PRAGMA business management system.
