Paslaugos.lt is the largest service portal in Lithuania, where visitors can find service providers in various fields: masters in various fields, freelance specialists, both individual professionals and small and medium-sized businesses. We are currently looking for a specialist in customer service for a fixed term (~two years), who would contribute to the development and growth of the portal with their skills, professionalism and energy.
Could it be you?

• communicate with customers by e-mail and phone: answer questions, solve problems;
• administer the content of the Paslaugos.lt portal, manage ads (texts, photos);
• check and moderate customer requests;
• take care of the news of the Paslaugos.lt "blog", search for relevant topics, communicate with content creators;
• take care of submitting invoices to customers and timely payments.

Work schedule:
Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.

• excellent Lithuanian spelling and text editing skills;
• computer skills;
• communication skills and customer and results orientation;
• diligence, responsibility, and duty.
