Nature of work:
- Effective organization of the department's employees' work: delegation of tasks, distribution of work, control of results and motivation of employees. Team size – 4–5 employees;
- Consulting customers on the purpose, technical characteristics, quality, use and maintenance of IT, AV and BT products;
- Administration of individual customer orders and coordination of their implementation;
- Planning of orders for goods in the household appliances department and analysis of the assortment;
- Control of product balances, planning of timely replenishment of goods and ensuring the availability of the assortment;
- Monitoring the department's sales results, ensuring the implementation of goals and providing proposals to increase sales;
- Supervision of product exposition, prices and information about products;
- Concluding leasing agreements and selling additional services;
- Ensuring a smooth customer service process and prompt resolution of emerging situations.
Requirements:
- Leadership, work planning and organization skills;
- Experience in trade, sales or customer service;
- Customer orientation, sales results and high service quality;
- Ability to motivate a team, take responsibility and make decisions independently;
- Initiative, enthusiasm and the ability to see and propose new opportunities;
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
- Good computer skills (MS Office package);
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
Advantages:
