Nature of work
- Accept and administer customer orders and ensure their smooth execution;
- Coordinate the acceptance of products from production employees and check their compliance with the established quality requirements;
- Evaluate the preparation of products for the galvanizing process (cleanliness, degreasing, surface condition, etc.);
- Register order and product data and ensure their accuracy;
- Work with Excel and Epicor VVS business management system, use other systems implemented in the company in the future;
- Prepare and issue quality and compliance documents to customers and drivers;
- Communicate with customers, provide information about the progress of orders and ensure high quality customer service;
- Contribute to the development of customer service standards and process improvement.
