We are currently recruiting a Client Insurance Manager in Klaipėda to join our team. In this position, you will build strong and long-term relationships with clients, achieving both your personal and team results.

What will your work day look like?

• You will work at a supermarket point of sale on a rotating schedule, but you will definitely have one free weekend per month
• You will serve customers in departments, provide insurance offers that meet their needs
• You will actively and effectively call customers on the phone
• You will use digital tools for customer service
• You will analyze your results with sales coaches and professional managers, and achieve personal and team goals

Salary range for this position is 1,400 – 3,000 EUR excluding taxes and consists of a fixed part and a monthly bonus, which depends on the results achieved.
