When you join the SVENHEIM team, you will be responsible for:
- actively maintaining contacts with B2B customers, developing relationships and creating long-term partnerships via e-mail, telephone in English or Scandinavian languages;
- administering business customer inquiries and orders – registering orders, confirming them in the Adifakt program and providing customers with information about the progress of orders, production deadlines and changes;
- cooperating with related departments within the company to ensure smooth order implementation and high-quality customer service.
We would love it if:
- has a higher education in business management, economics, engineering or another field relevant to the position;
- has at least 2 years of experience working with B2B clients;
- is able to understand customer needs, analyze and systematize information and offer appropriate solutions;
- is fluent in English, and knowledge of Norwegian or Swedish would be a great advantage;
- is quick to adapt to a changing environment, enthusiastically accepts innovations, and works well in a team.
