Customer and Partner Manager for the German market (logistics)

Active search for new clients and partners in the German market.
Creation and development of relations with companies in the transport, logistics and other related sectors.
Negotiations and coordination of cooperation terms.
Preparation, administration and coordination of the signing process of contracts.
Analysis of client needs and transfer of information to the internal personnel selection team.
Constant cooperation with the personnel search department in order to ensure successful selection of employees for clients.
Maintenance of long-term business relationships and coordination of projects.

Fluent German (spoken and written) is a must.
Experience in logistics, transport or personnel solutions is a must.
Experience working with business customers (B2B sales or customer management).
Ability to organize work independently and achieve results.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibility, initiative and orientation towards long-term results.
Knowledge of English is an advantage.
