Responsibilities:
- Lead sales and customer service/management teams: set goals, monitor results, train;
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing customers, improve customer service quality so that customers are satisfied and stay with the company;
- Oversee pricing: perform price indexations, negotiate prices and conditions;
- Improve sales and service processes, ensure orderly data in the CRM system and billing system;
- Participate in tenders, prepare proposals for new customers and new projects/needs of existing customers. Prepare and coordinate commercial offers and contracts;
- Ensure smooth launch of new customer projects (onboarding);
- Monitor customer service quality indicators (KPIs), proactively communicate with customers;
- Analyze the market, competitors and team results, provide insights to management;
- Participate in the formation and implementation of the company's growth/sales strategy.
What do we expect?
- 3-5 years of leading a customer service/sales team or B2B sales;
- Higher education (economics, management or similar field);
- Organization, administrative skills, customer orientation, analytical thinking, communication, leadership, team management, understanding of service quality metrics and pricing;
- English (B2 or fluent) (Russian is an advantage);
- Experience in the logistics sector, international experience, experience in a manufacturing or trading company (Advantage);
- Category B driver's license.
