Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Customer Advisory Manager to the Artea bankas team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, be open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.

You will be #closer every day and:

• You will communicate with our private and business clients, take care of their needs and consult them;
• You will provide our clients with proposals, help them find the most suitable financial solutions and choose the most suitable bank products;
• You will improve your sales, service and communication skills every day.

To be #closer, you will need:

• Higher education;
• Be communicative and customer-oriented and results-oriented;
• Experience in customer service in sales (in a financial company - an advantage);
• Good computer skills (Forpost program - an advantage);
• Ability to communicate in English or Russian;
• Carefulness, diligence, positive thinking, ability to cooperate and work in a team;
• Awareness and responsibility – the ability to follow established rules, notice potential risks and contribute to the creation of a safe and transparent work environment.

You will work full-time on weekdays (Monday to Friday), according to the working hours set by the department.
Daily activities will also involve working with cash - this is a natural part of our customer service, where attentiveness and responsibility are especially useful.
