Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Customer Consulting Manager to the “Artea” bank team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, wants to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.

You will be #closer every day and:

• You will communicate with our private clients, take care of their needs and provide professional consultations;
• You will perform cash transactions, ensure their accuracy, security and high quality of customer service;
• You will actively identify customers' financial needs and offer them the most suitable bank products and services;
• You will achieve personal and team sales goals, see opportunities to sell and are not afraid to initiate conversations about financial solutions that are beneficial to the client;
• You will improve your sales, customer service and communication skills every day.

To be #closer, you will need:

• Higher / Higher non-university education;
• Be communicative and customer and results-oriented;
• Experience in customer service in the field of sales (in a financial company - an advantage);
• Good computer skills (Forpost program - an advantage);
• Ability to communicate in English and Russian;
• Attentiveness, diligence, positive thinking, ability to cooperate and work in a team;
• Awareness and responsibility - the ability to follow established rules, notice potential risks and contribute to the creation of a safe and transparent work environment.

• Salary. The specific remuneration will depend on work experience and competencies – the proposed range is from 1664.00 to 2496.00 EUR (excluding taxes).
• Incentives. We pay quarterly bonuses for the results achieved – they depend on your work, team achievements and the bank's overall goals.
