CUSTOMER SOLVENCY COORDINATOR (fixed-term contract)

The main task of the position is to ensure a smooth process of assessing the solvency and credit risk of clients, maintaining constant contact with the insurance company and internal company teams.

About 75% of the working time will consist of communication with the insurance company, providing and adjusting information about clients, administering solvency assessment and credit limits.

The remaining part of the working time will be devoted to administrative tasks, data maintenance and document administration.

Communicate with the credit insurance company by phone and e-mail;
Provide the insurance company with information about existing and potential clients;
Initiate and coordinate the assessment of the solvency and creditworthiness of clients;
Monitor the credit limits granted to clients and their validity;
Administer requests for the establishment, change or additional assessment of credit limits;
Refine and update information about the financial condition of clients;
Cooperate with sales, finance and administration teams;
Promptly transfer information about the insurance company's decisions to responsible employees;
Administer documents related to customer solvency and credit insurance;
Monitor the accuracy of data in the company's systems and documents;
Prepare simple summaries and reports for management;
Perform other tasks related to customer credit risk and administration processes.

Diligence, responsibility and attention to detail;
Ability to work with a large amount of information;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Ability to independently organize one's work and meet deadlines;
Good computer skills, especially MS Excel;
Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
Experience in administration, customer service, finance, insurance or credit risk is a great advantage, but we are ready to train the right candidate.
