Our client, an international capital company engaged in project-based sample production, is expanding its team and is inviting a CUSTOMER OPERATIONS MANAGER to join us in Marijampolė.
Nature of work
- Coordination of customer inquiries from receipt to implementation;
- Organization of smooth internal communication and document flows between sales, production, supply, manufacturing and service departments;
- Analysis of customer needs and delegation of tasks to teams;
- Assistance to sales managers in preparing commercial offers for customers;
- Ensuring a high level of customer service;
- Monitoring indicators and preparing reports for management.
Employee requirements
- Experience in project management or customer operations (in the manufacturing sector - an advantage);
- Experience in collaborating with sales, supply chain, manufacturing departments;
- Ability to effectively coordinate inquiries, proposals, orders and ensure smooth processes;
- Experience in data analysis and providing commercial insights;
- Communication and negotiation skills;
- Very good English language skills (written and oral);
- Strong focus on improving the customer experience.
