What do we expect from you?
- Higher non-university or university education;
- Good communication skills, ability to present thoughts fluently and in a reasoned manner both in writing and orally, as well as the ability to manage conflict situations;
- Experience in customer service (work in a call center is an advantage);
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage;
- Strong computer skills;
- Empathy, active listening and the desire to find the best solution for each client;
- Internal motivation and enthusiasm for growth and development.
