We are looking for a responsible, communicative and customer-oriented Customer Experience and Quality Coordinator who will take care of our customers after the purchase of a home – answer their questions, promptly resolve any problems that arise, coordinate the assignment and execution of tasks, and ensure smooth communication with the company.

Your role in the team:
- Registering and administering customer messages, ensuring customer feedback;
- Coordinating customer inquiries in cooperation with contractors, department colleagues, construction, technical maintenance and other company departments;
- Providing information to customers regarding purchased housing, warranty issues, defects and other housing-related situations;
- Maintaining smooth and professional communication with customers throughout the service process;
- Analysis of recurring customer problems and providing suggestions;
- Initiating, improving and implementing customer service processes and quality assurance processes.
We hope:
- Have experience in customer service in the construction and real estate sectors;
- You are communicative, empathetic and able to maintain a professional tone in complex situations;
- You are able to react quickly, solve problems and coordinate several tasks at the same time;
- You are organized, responsible and meticulous;
- You are not afraid of difficult conversations and know how to constructively resolve customer complaints;
- You are able to work independently and cooperate with different departments of the company;
- You have good computer skills.
