Customer Experience and Real Estate Transfer Coordinator

Nature of work

  • Coordinate real estate property transfer processes, including document preparation and key handover.
  • Communicate with clients regarding the purchased property, transfer deadlines, documents, inspection arrangements, site visits, observations and other housing-related issues.
  • Receive, register and track client inquiries, complaints and claims.
  • Coordinate resolution of issues with internal teams, contractors, and persons responsible for technical maintenance or warranty service.
  • Ensure that clients are provided with clear, timely and professional information.
  • Track statuses and deadlines of open questions and ensure that they are not left unanswered.
  • Contribute to improving the client experience after the sales stage.

  • Able to communicate professionally with both calm and more complex clients.
  • Able to clearly set priorities and follow up on several issues at the same time.
  • You are responsible, structured, attentive to details and able to plan your time independently.
  • Able to look for solutions, not just convey information.
  • You are not afraid of technical / real estate project issues and are willing to delve into them.
  • Have computer skills.
  • Have a driver's license and the ability to use your own car for work.
