Main responsibilities:
- Create, implement and develop the company's customer experience solutions and initiatives, involving all relevant parties
- Identify the necessary solutions and implement changes related to improving the customer experience in the company
- Ensure the formation of a customer-centric culture and proper customer service in all steps and functions of customer service processes
- Analyze customer experience points and initiate changes that improve the experience, participate in company projects and processes related to customer experience changes
- Ensure the implementation, implementation and development of effective digital solutions related to customer service, form and implement the structure and content of a centralized knowledge base in the Confluence environment
What do we expect?
- Higher university education
- Long-term successful work experience in initiating projects, improving products or managing quality
- Experience working with customer satisfaction research methodologies (GCSI, NPS, etc.)
- Experience, creating and managing knowledge bases (Confluence skills - an advantage)
- Interest in customer service trends, understanding of quality management
- Excellent leadership, teamwork and collaboration skills with stakeholders
- Experience in organizational/process transformation projects
- Structured thinking, analytical, problem-solving skills
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Fluent Lithuanian, good knowledge of English
