We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to help create a consistent and high-quality customer experience across all key touchpoints.
In this position, you will analyze the customer journey, identify problem areas, and initiate solutions to improve the customer experience.

What awaits you?
- Analyze customer experience, NPS, CSAT and other key customer service indicators;
- Evaluate customer inquiries and call flows, identify recurring problems;
- Prepare reports, calculations and insights for decision-making;
- Monitor the operation of systems used in customer service and participate in their testing;
- Initiate and coordinate customer service and customer experience improvement projects;
- Monitor customer feedback, automated calls, collection and other processes;
- Collaborate with IT and other teams to resolve customer experience issues.
Employee requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, customer experience or similar field;
- Ability to analyze data, indicators and draw clear conclusions;
- Good MS Excel skills;
- Ability to notice problems and propose specific solutions;
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with different teams;
- Experience working with customer service systems, CRM or analytics tools is an advantage.
