Main responsibilities:

  • Develop the company's customer service strategy and take full responsibility for the implementation of the customer culture program from idea to result
  • Independently plan the transformation stages (roadmap), manage resources and ensure compliance with deadlines. Report to managers and the organization on project goals and results
  • Mobilize teams in a matrix structure and ensure smooth implementation of changes
  • Plan the budget and link all CX initiatives to the organization's profitability, measuring the return through customer retention, additional sales and cost optimization
  • Identify "pain points" and ensure their automatic tracking in IT systems
  • Implement modern digital solutions at each stage of the customer journey
  • Implement and monitor NPS, CSAT, CES, CLV and FCR indicators
  • Identify informal leaders and implement customer-oriented daily habits (nudging)
  • Monitor the relationship between employee satisfaction (eNPS) and customer satisfaction (NPS)
  • Coordinate the activities of project participants, improve competencies and motivation

What do we expect?

  • Higher university education
  • Work experience in customer service
  • Experience in management (managing a department or large projects)
  • Excellent project management skills, ability to independently predict the progress of implementation and take responsibility for the result
  • Successful experience in conducting training, moderating focus groups and facilitating creative workshops
  • Detailed knowledge of customer experience management principles and strong customer orientation
  • Ability to work according to the matrix principle, mobilize the team and communicate effectively with managers
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Microsoft Office software package management skills
  • Fluent Lithuanian, excellent knowledge of English

Monthly salary: €3,200.00 - €4,800.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered based on work experience and competencies.
