Nature of work:
- Communication with clients who have purchased housing and building long-term relationships;
- Coordination and resolution of client operational issues;
- Organization of open days for clients who have purchased;
- Supervision and coordination of the visual order of projects;
- Assessment of the visual quality and order of apartments, in cooperation with construction project managers;
- Organization of the apartment transfer process and transfer of housing to buyers;
- Analysis of customer experience surveys and submission of proposals for process improvement;
- Administration of the distribution of utility bills for sold properties.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education;
- You have at least 2 years of work experience in customer service, administration, real estate or a similar field;
- You are able to communicate professionally and empathetically with customers;
- You are organized, responsible and solution-oriented;
- You are able to independently plan your activities and effectively manage several processes simultaneously;
- You have good computer skills (MS Office);
- You have a category B driver's license.
