Join Metso's regional quality team, responsible for Europe, Central Asia and Africa. In this position, you will be the main expert in customer claims management, analyze the causes of problems, coordinate corrective actions and contribute to continuous improvement of operations and product quality.
Work location – Metso plant in Šiauliai. We offer office work with flexible work organization options.

Primary responsibilities
- Manage the customer claims process from claim receipt to closure.
- Perform technical analysis of product, material and manufacturing process failures.
- Organize and conduct root cause investigations using 8D, 5 Why and Ishikawa methodologies.
- Evaluate warranty cases and provide technical recommendations.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and business units to implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Analyze claim trends, initiate preventive actions and share best practices across departments and regions.
We hope you
- You have a degree in mechanical, industrial or materials engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- You have experience in quality management, customer claims administration, RCA and CAPA processes in a manufacturing or heavy industry environment.
- You have strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem solving.
- You know how to work with SAP, Salesforce, Power BI or other quality management systems (an advantage).
- You speak English well and are able to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
