JAKOBSEN HOME CO – an upholstered furniture manufacturing company in Alytus, working with international clients. We are looking for a Customer Project Coordinator to join our team. He/She will be responsible for daily work with foreign clients, coordinating their projects and orders, and resolving any issues that arise.
🎯 Main responsibilities:
- Coordination of customer projects and orders, monitoring their implementation and deadlines;
- Daily communication with foreign customers in English;
- Coordination of order changes and other customer-related issues;
- Solving emerging problems together with production, product development and supply teams;
- Participation in daily operational meetings and coordination of relevant information.
🔎What we expect:
- Excellent oral and written English;
- Experience working with clients and/or coordinating projects or orders;
- Ability to independently solve problems and manage multiple issues at once;
- Good communication and collaboration skills;
- Experience in a manufacturing company or working with international B2B clients is an advantage.
