CUSTOMER PROJECT MANAGER

You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• By organizing, coordinating and implementing projects for connecting new customers' electrical equipment and ensuring their timely implementation;
• By controlling the timely implementation of contract works for assigned objects and the fulfillment of financial and other contractual obligations;
• By preparing responses to inquiries from contractors, institutions and customers regarding the progress of ongoing projects;
• By participating in projects carried out by the company, contributing to continuous improvement of operations and improving customer experience;
• By proposing changes to the standards and processes in force in the company;
• Consulting other company departments, partners or clients on issues related to connecting new customers and generating consumers.

• Higher non-university or higher university education;
• At least 2 years of experience in project management;
• Good teamwork, work organization, planning and project management skills;
• Excellent written and spoken Lithuanian language skills;
• Good analytical thinking skills and ability to manage complex situations;
• Excellent skills in working with basic MS Office programs.

An advantage would be:

• Education in the field of electrical engineering, construction or other engineering;
• Experience in electricity or gas project management;
• Knowledge of the legal acts regulating the fields of electricity and energy and the connection of new customers.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 2,520 to EUR 3,780 (excluding taxes). The specific salary offered is based on work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
