We are looking for a Customer Success Manager, a person who would ensure operational administrative work by preparing responses to customer inquiries, documents, and reports.
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager, a person who would ensure operational administrative work by preparing responses to customer inquiries, documents, and reports.
The main responsibilities are:
- To build and maintain relationships with each person who contacts us – to ensure professional, trust-based cooperation, quick response to questions and problem solving;
- To ensure prompt and continuous communication – to seek new opportunities, to ensure the success of the client's project and its return;
- To develop a client portfolio – to actively work with existing and new clients, to make the CRM system your main work tool in everyday life;
- To cooperate with internal departments of the company – to work closely with teams in order to ensure the best experience for clients and partners.
What we, as an employer, expect:
- Experience in sales and/or key account management (B2B – an advantage), negotiation skills;
- Result orientation – ability to ensure the achievement of set business goals, customer satisfaction;
- Diligence, analytical thinking and ability to work with numbers and data;
- Proactivity, excellent communication skills and ability to communicate clearly with both sellers and colleagues;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English. Not lower than C1 level.
