Customer Success Manager

Site.pro (formerly B1.lt), the leader in cloud accounting software, is expanding and looking for a new team member!

Consult clients on software acquisition issues;
Manage projects, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project implementation;
Coordinate communication between clients, programmers, and other project participants;
Actively contribute to the optimization of company processes.

Education in accounting and finance;
Experience working with ERP, CRM, accounting or business management systems;
Project planning, work coordination, deadline and priority management skills;
Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills;

Accounting experience;
Experience with Site.pro program;
Responsibility, independence, organization and result orientation;
Good knowledge of English and Russian;
