📦What will your workday look like:
- You will maintain and improve customer systems and tools, aiming to make them intuitive, user-friendly and efficient.
- You will contribute to the management of customer system updates and related changes.
- You will prepare and update system user manuals, training materials and organize trainings.
- You will consult internal users and help resolve issues related to the use of customer systems.
- You will encourage existing and potential customers to use the systems more actively and contribute to the introduction of new customers.
- You will collect and analyze user feedback, identify areas for improvement and initiate the necessary changes.
- You will set key performance indicators and evaluate the efficiency of system use, customer activity and satisfaction.
- You will implement Geopost solutions in the Lithuanian market, following best practices.
- Collaborated with sales, IT, marketing, and other departments to ensure client systems were seamlessly integrated and operated effectively across the organization.
📦You will need these qualities to feel good in this job:
- Experience in application or system management, customer service or project management.
- Good command of Lithuanian and English.
- Understanding of customer-facing systems, interfaces and digital tools.
- Ability to manage change and smoothly implement system upgrades.
- Customer orientation and ability to translate customer needs into specific system improvement solutions.
- Excellent planning, communication and collaboration skills.
- Initiative, helpfulness, diligence and responsibility.
