You will consult customers by phone - answer questions, present services/products and help them make a decision, enter orders into the system, ensuring pleasant and professional service.
You will cooperate with the team - resolve emerging issues, exchange information and contribute to the common goals of the team.
You will prepare and send reports on the results of your activities, helping to track and improve work processes.
You will have the opportunity to develop and grow in the field of sales, participating in training and receiving constant feedback from your manager.

Employee requirements
Mandatory requirements:
Good telephone communication and willingness to work with customers.
Independence in making decisions and organizing one's own working time.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, ability to work with data/reporting systems).
Advantage (not required, but appreciated):
Previous experience in sales or customer service.
Knowledge of English and/or Russian (B1 level or higher).
