CUSTOMER REQUESTS TEAM MANAGER

You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• By resolving customer inquiries (by phone and email) in a quality and timely manner;
• By working with the electricity and natural gas accounting program;
• By processing and systematizing customer data;
• By providing performance improvement suggestions to the manager and team.

• Higher university or non-university education;
• Work experience in the field of customer service;
• Skills in working with basic MS Office programs;
• High language culture;
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian (oral and written);
• Customer orientation;
• Ability to manage complex situations;
• Diligence, responsibility and communication skills.

An advantage would be:

• Knowledge of English and Russian (oral and written).

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 1,890 to EUR 2,830 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered based on work experience and competence. A variable salary may be paid in addition to the salary.
