Formo is a Kaunas-based real estate company developing large-scale residential projects and creating new urban communities. The company’s projects Kaunorama and Namučiai are among the most prominent contemporary residential projects in Kaunas, combining architecture, functionality and long-term value for residents.
As the project portfolio and client communities grow, we are looking for a Client Manager who would take care of the client experience after the transfer of housing: ensure professional communication, coordinate warranty issues and help residents clearly and smoothly resolve housing-related problems.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate customer and warranty issues in residential projects such as Kaunorama, Namučiai, etc.
- Communicate with residents, communities, real estate administrators, contractors and subcontractors, ensuring clear, timely and professional communication.
- Coordinate defect assessment, decision-making and implementation with technical colleagues and contractors.
- Ensure that customer inquiries, agreements, deadlines and work statuses are clearly recorded in the internal system / Trello / e-mail.
- Manage more complex situations: coordinate solutions, represent the company's position and ensure that customer problems are resolved to the end.
- Improve the warranty / customer service process, achieving greater clarity, traceability and a better customer experience.

WE EXPECT:
- Experience in customer service, housing administration, contracting/subcontracting companies, technical services sales or project coordination.
- Ability to delve into technical situations, understand the essence and involve the right contractors, subcontractors or technical colleagues to find a solution.
- Proactivity – willingness to understand situations yourself, raise questions and lead processes forward.
- Customer orientation – ability to create a professional, respectful and reliable customer experience.
- Ability to manage stressful situations – calmly respond to complex customer questions, represent the company in a representative manner and find constructive solutions.
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, both spoken and written; English or Russian – an advantage.
- Knowledge of how to use task management tools (e.g. Trello or similar) – an advantage.
